Will you need access to any water hoses or outlets?

In most cases, no! We come to your location fully equipped with water & electricity. We will let you know in advance if any access is needed in specific cases.

Should I remove all belongings from the vehicle prior to the appointment?

While it is not technically mandated, we highly recommend you do so prior to your appointment. Not only does it help out the technician, but we do also charge a trash removal fee in some cases of excess junk.

How long will the detail take?

Detail times depend on certain variables, such as the type of vehicle it is, what detail service is being done, and the state of the vehicle. We typically try to keep all Full Details to 2-4 hours and Interior Only Details to 1-3 hours.

How often should I get my car detailed?

Most vehicles benefit from professional detailing every 2-3 months. This helps protect paint and interior surfaces, prevent long-term wear, also maintaining overall cleanliness. Vehicles that see heavy use, pets, kids, or harsh weather will greatly benefit from professional detailing even more often. That is why we also include a Monthly Maintenance Plan you can choose to opt into following your first Full Detail with us!
